Delivery and Shipping

1. General information about shipping

Petmeal.ch only ships within Switzerland. We work with reliable shipping partners such as Swiss Post and DHL to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

2. Processing time

Orders for goods in stock will be processed and dispatched no later than the next working day after receipt of payment. If unforeseen delays occur, we will inform you immediately.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on region and the conditions of our shipping partners. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process. We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 50. For orders under CHF 50, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.

5. Shipping notification

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Special notes

If an order cannot be delivered (e.g. due to incorrect address information), we reserve the right to charge the additional costs for re-shipping.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you in good time and clarify the next steps together (partial delivery, waiting time or cancellation).
